Anxiety is a normal life emotion, but sadly, “unexplored” can cause havoc in your life by affecting your interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and capacity to execute everyday duties at work or school. You may be experiencing what is called rumination, or over-analysing negative feelings or thoughts, which is one of the most common symptoms of anxiety.

Feeling overwhelmed, guilty or frustrated
Lacking in confidence, being indecisive, or being sad.
Body reactions like panic attacks, hot and cold flushes, racing heart, tightening of the chest, restlessness, or feeling tense, wound up due to excessive fear, worry, or obsessive thinking.
These often lead to avoidance of situations, especially ones that make you feel anxious, which could begin to impact your relationships, study or work life.
By working with you, we will investigate and possibly change thoughts and behaviours around situations and difficulties that no longer serve you. This will help to reduce anxiety and help you deal with stress.
