Youth & Adolescent Mental Health Support

Going deeper, so change lasts

I bring over four years of dedicated experience supporting young people, with more than 1,800 + one on one sessions with students from Year 7 through to Year 12.

My work has involved walking alongside young people navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, grief and loss, friendship challenges, school pressure, family changes, emotional regulation, confidence, and identity development.

I understand the school environment, the pressures young people face today, and how quickly things can feel overwhelming during adolescence. My approach is calm, grounded, and practical helping young people feel safe, heard, and supported while building tools they can actually use in daily life.

I work collaboratively with young people and, when appropriate, support parents with practical guidance to help strengthen communication, understanding, and emotional wellbeing at home.

“I’m not what I have done. I’m what I’ve overcome. Building strength for the future you deserve”
