As men, we are often taught growing up to “toughen up” and "tough it out". In many families, showing emotion is considered "weakness". While public awareness of mental health is improving, for many men, the stigma associated with persistent depression or anxiety remains a hard reality.

Our therapy time is a safe place for you to talk about what's going on in your life. There's no judgment here. I can confidently say there is very little I haven’t heard or been confidently shared with me in my training leading me to this point in my life.

I will help you shift the way you are thinking about the past situation that is causing you to seek counselling. We will explore your emotions and how you can better understand where they come from. Once we have a solid base of understanding, we will find ways to release those feelings and emotions holding you hostage, allowing you to live life in a more harmonious, healthy way without making you lose the strengths that make you the man you are.
