Men’s Wellbeing

Many men grow up learning to push things down, keep moving and deal with problems on their own. That can work for a while. But stress, relationships, pressure, uncertainty, anger, low mood or simply carrying too much can eventually become difficult to ignore. You don’t need to have everything figured out before talking about it. Sometimes having a calm, confidential conversation with someone who will listen without judgement can make it easier to understand what’s going on and decide what may help next.

A Place to Talk Honestly

You don’t need to perform, have the right words or arrive with a clear plan.

Counselling can simply provide space to talk openly about what you’re experiencing, whether that involves relationships, work, family, stress, confidence, anger, loss, direction or something that is simply difficult to put into words.

My approach is calm, practical and person centred.

Rather than trying to tell you how you should think or feel, we can slow things down, explore what may be happening beneath the surface and consider what makes sense for you.

Sometimes progress begins with understanding yourself a little better.

Sometimes it begins with one honest conversation.

A limited number of online counselling and wellbeing sessions are available by arrangement.

“I’m not what I have done. I’m what I’ve overcome. Breaking free from patterns that no longer serve me”
